1. Acceptance of terms

By using Reely, you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the application.

2. Description of the service

Reely is an application that allows you to:

• Import recipes from Instagram, TikTok and other sources
• Organize and save recipes
• Plan meals
• Generate shopping lists
• Track nutrition

3. User accounts

• You are responsible for the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information
• One account per person
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the application

4. Subscriptions and payments

Available plans

• Free: Basic features, weekly import limit
• Monthly Premium: $6.99 CAD/month
• Annual Premium: $49.99 CAD/year (launch price, normally $69.99)

Subscription terms

• Payments are processed by Apple via the App Store
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• No refunds for partial periods
• Manage your subscriptions in App Store settings
• Prices may change; you will be notified before any change affecting your subscription

Launch pricing

• The $49.99 annual rate is a promotional price for early users
• This rate remains valid as long as your subscription is active and renewed without interruption
• If you cancel and then resubscribe, the standard $69.99 rate may apply

Free trial

• If applicable, the free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription
• Cancel before the end of the trial to avoid any charges

5. Intellectual property

Application content

• The application and its code are our property
• You may not copy, modify or distribute the application

Imported recipes

• Imported recipes remain the property of their original creators
• You import recipes for personal use only
• We claim no rights over the content you import

Your content

• You retain ownership of the recipes you create
• You grant us a license to store and display this content

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the application for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack or compromise the application
• Import offensive or illegal content
• Resell or redistribute the service
• Automate access to the application (scraping, bots)

7. Limitation of liability

• The application is provided "as is"
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of nutritional information
• We are not responsible for allergies or food reactions
• Nutritional advice does not replace medical advice

8. Service availability

• We strive to keep the service available
• Interruptions may occur for maintenance
• We may modify or discontinue the service with notice

9. Termination

By you

• You may delete your account at any time
• Cancel your subscription via the App Store

By us

• We may suspend or delete your account in case of violation of the terms
• No refund in case of termination for violation

10. Changes

• We may modify these terms
• Significant changes will be notified
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
